If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
If you return items outside the 30 day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.
How to make a return
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number along with the items you would like to return and reasons for doing so. Please include any images and as much detail as possible.
Pack your unwanted items, along with your proof of purchase documents in the original packaging or secure postal bag or box and post/courier to:

Please note we can not take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care, therefore we recommend you return them via a trackable service and keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will normally be made within 7-14 working days of receipt.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost for postage returns or refund the original shipping fee, so please do bear this in mind when returning.
