Shipping & Delivery

Our aim is to ensure our delivery and returns service is as quick and easy as possible.

What is the shipping cost?

• UK - Standard / Signed For Delivery in the UK is charged at £4.95 per order. Free shipping on all orders over £100
• Europe - Delivery to Europe is charged at £12 per order
• Rest of the world - Delivery worldwide is charged from £20 per order

Who will ship my items?

We mainly use Royal Mail to ship all items, but on occasion may use other carriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS or Hermes.

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours from purchase Mon-Fri. This is subject to payment and stock availability. Please allow 48 hours during weekend and holidays.

• UK - Delivery will normally take 1-3 working days from dispatch
• Europe - Delivery will normally take 2-6 working days from dispatch
• Rest of the world - Delivery will normally take 3-7 working days from dispatch

You will be notified via email once your shipment has been dispatched.

Please bear in mind we are a small independent business, so please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
